National Medical originally contacted me apprx two years ago after I filled out an online survey. I told the woman I did have cpap but could not afford buying anything as I was on disability. She checked my insurance and told me it covered in full. There came a box of cpap supplies. THEN COMES AN INVOICE FOR ALMOST $200. Then another box shows up! No signature required for UPS delivery. I call Nationwide, tell them I cannot pay the first bill & I do not want the 2nd shipment. The very kind woman tells me she will send a return label. I tell her to take me off the auto delivery. She says she will.
Ok....four shipments later.....this company is billing my insurance. They sure are ignoring me wjhen I told them no more shipments. It is not even the correct supplies.
I am contacting my insurance and the BBB.
